Us or Temps?
US
- We only charge you for the hours we work. When we stop so does the clock!
- We would be happy to tackle any task within our experience.
- We would only charge you a set rate (+ any pre-agreed expenses).
TEMP
- A recruitment agency would normally charge you for minimum contracted hours.
- A temp would only do the job that they are hired for.
- A recruitment agency would charge you the temps hourly rate, their fee + VAT. Also if you then hire the temp on a permanent basis you would then be charged a 'finders fee' from the recruitment agency.
