Employers are not under any obligation to give a reference and therefore put it to the bottom of their 'in' tray.

How does it work?
We will provide you with a form that the candidate needs to complete when filling in your application form (this will provide us with previous employer details and permsission from candidate).
Once this form is complete, you fax/email it to us. We will then start the process of gaining the candidates references for you, and will return to you when it is complete.
